Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationship between all involved parties, including; peers, managers, clients, real estate agents, other internal and external partners.
• Meet monthly performance metrics (productivity/quality), and satisfactory client survey scores. Ability to multi-task while managing time effectively.
• Responsible for providing loan processing in a paperless work environment, reviewing files for adherence to applicable guidelines and underwriting standards and ensuring completeness for underwriting submission.
• Act as a liaison between client, loan officer and/or real estate agent, underwriters, closers and other internal partners to collect necessary documentation, provide current loan status and to close loans on time.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of successful professional experience within the mortgage lending industry preferred.
• Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac automated underwriting systems. Experience with VA, FHA and non-conforming guidelines preferred.
• Three+ years of mortgage loan processing experience and/or previous positions requiring analysis and customer service experience. Capable of independently processing a wide variety of loan types.

Responsibilities

• Ability to meet productivity standards in a high-volume environment managing pipeline and conditions, while maintaining strict adherence to obtain consistent, quality results.
• Responsible for underwriting residential first mortgage loans, while ensuring compliance with all industry and Secondary Market Investor standards and guidelines. Review and evaluate information on mortgage loan applications and supporting information to determine if borrower, property, and loan conditions meet appropriate company and investor standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of mortgage underwriting experience including experience with manually underwritten and/or non-conforming loan amounts.
• Ability to perform comprehensive review of credit, income, and asset documents and review title policy and appraisals.
• Effectively explain rationale behind credit decisions internally and/or third-party auditors/review.
• Good communication and multi-tasking skills required.
• Experience with underwriting to multiple investor guidelines and requirements. Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA and FHA guidelines and automated underwriting systems.
• Assist Processing Department with problematic files to expedite submissions.

Education, Experience, Licenses and or Certificates

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid and current FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) and VA certification preferred.
• Seven or more years of successful professional experience within the mortgage lending industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing a marketing plan and budget, and executing the plan within the given budget;
• Oversee development of marketing content, including marketing collateral, web content, social media content, and direct marketing projects;
• Coordinate and participate in marketing events, including trade shows, product roll-outs, and social events.
• Position will participate in and provide leadership for a broad range of marketing and communications tasks
• Define and maintain corporate style and branding, and ensure consistent, company-wide application;
• Write and edit a broad range of marketing content;

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of marketing management experience, preferably for a banking, lending, or real estate institution.
• Firsthand knowledge and experience developing online content for websites, emails, social media, and online marketing campaigns.
• Experience coordinating and participating in marketing events.
• Proficiency using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, and social media applications such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills - specifically for marketing and communications
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with existing and potential customers, internal subject matter experts, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of graphic design and its application to marketing materials
• Working knowledge of lending and/or real estate business a plus.
